Klaus Krüger

Klaus Krüger is a professor of Art History at the University of Basel. He earned his Ph.D. in Munich. His research interests include the theory and history of images, medieval and early modern sculpture and visual media, Italian art from the Middle Ages to the Baroque (12th-17th Centuries), pictorial anthropology and cultural semantics in the early modern period, contemporary art, art and film, and the history of methodology.
